NYDC Witnesses MoU Signing Between ZCAS University and Chawama Youth Resource Center

ZCAS University and Chawama Youth Resource Center have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and capacity building between the two institutions. Chawama Youth Resource Center, registered under the National Youth Development Council (NYDC), offers TEVETA-approved skills-based courses in various fields. ZCAS University, on the other hand, provides a diverse range of programs, including law, business, accounting, computing, economics, entrepreneurship, and more.

Speaking during the signing ceremony, ZCAS University Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ed Bbenkele, emphasized the importance of implementing the agreement’s contents. “Let us not just celebrate the signing of this MoU but focus on actualizing its objectives”. We owe it to the young people of this country to equip them with the necessary skills and entrepreneurial knowledge to thrive,” Professor Bbenkele stated. Through this collaboration, youths from Chawama Youth Resource Center will benefit from training in entrepreneurship, customer care, and business development facilitated by ZCAS University. NYDC was proud to be represented at this significant event, which aligns with our commitment to empowering Zambian youth through education and skills development.
