Meeting with the Representative from UNESCO Regional Office for Southern Africa and Youth Organisations
On Wednesday, 27th November 2024, the National Youth Development Council (NYDC) hosted a fruitful engagement with representatives of various youth groups under and the Head of Social and Human Sciences from the UNESCO Regional Office for Southern Africa, Mr. Abdul Rahman Lamin.
The meeting provided a platform for youth organizations to share their contributions, challenges, and aspirations while identifying synergies with NYDC and UNESCO’s broader agenda. Discussions revolved around collaborative opportunities, capacity building, and leveraging resources to empower the youth across the country.
NYDC remains committed to strengthening partnerships that promote meaningful youth participation and sustainable development. Together, we can create opportunities for Zambian youth to thrive!
