MYSA and NYDC engage youth on policy and legal reforms

The Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts (MYSA), together with the National Youth Development Council (NYDC), held dissemination meetings for the 2024 National Youth Policy in the Copperbelt and North-Western Provinces.

These meetings also provided a platform to engage young people on the ongoing review of the NYDC Act, Chapter 144 of the Laws of Zambia. The youth shared positive feedback on both the policy dissemination and the Act review process.

The workshops were facilitated by the Council Secretary, Ms Waana Kankinza, and the Chief Youth Development Officer, Ms Susan Munalisa.
